He was predeceased by: his parents, Danny Walker and Earlean Harrell; his siblings, Willie Roy, Martha Anne and Josephine Taylor; and his stepfather Frank Harrell.
He is survived by: his sisters, Catherine Collins and Cathy Jo Harrell; and his siblings' children, Edward Allen (Andrea), Reginald Walker, Royce Walker (Valerie), Torean Walker, Christopher Walker, Robert Harrell, Donte Henderson, Derek Allen, Teresa Gonzalez, Donna Woods, Diane Byers, Deborah Collins and Carmella Kelly.
In addition, Raymond contributed his talents and energy to the United Negro College Fund Raising Committee.
