He was predeceased by: his mother Erma Kay Trent Decker; and his brother Robert Lane Decker. He is survived by: his father Arthur Decker of Lebanon; his daughter Jessica Martin (Robert) of St. Robert, MO; his sisters, Tammy Decker of Lebanon, MO, Trina Reeves (Ronnie) of Lebanon, MO and Tonya Severence of Lebanon, MO; and his grandchildren, Rya, Kaleb, Tre, Jewls and Kylan. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials have been suggested to Rick's family.
