It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Rick Butler of Lebanon, Missouri, born in Springfield, Missouri, who passed away on April 22, 2022, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Butler and Phyllis Dame Butler. He is survived by: his wife Kim; his daughters, Misty Butler, Kelly Bagwell and Mallory Shankle; his sisters, Randa Boston (Rick) and RoAnn Stone (Oliver); and his grandchildren, Alizabeth, Addison, Nicolas and Hunter. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; other relatives and countless friends.
