He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Earl and Murl Johnson Payne; his wife Marjorie Darlene Rhoads; his son Bobby Payne; and his grandson Shaun Price.
He is survived by: his children, Sherry Verity (John) of West Plains, Cathy Vaughn of Harrisonville, Missouri and Dan Price (Becky) of Bonner Springs, Kansas; his grandchildren, Jason Allen (Carrie), Jared Allen, Tresslyn Price, Brian Minick, Joshua (Ashton), Nathan Minick (Ashley), Anthony Vaughn, Caitlyn Vaca (Steven), Collena Payne, Melissa Foster (Christopher) and Courtney Throesch (Adam); his great grandchildren, Caleb, Carter, Chloe, Emily, Sam, Peyton, Mason, Mallory, Madison, Christopher, Lauren, Taylor, Alexis, Ava, Simon, Montgomery, Mercy, Aiden, Greyson, Charles, Sophia, Kennedy, Charlotte, Easton, Lylah, Grace and Harmony; and his daughter-in-law Claudia Payne of Germany. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
