He is survived by: his parents, Alexandra Fosberg of Springfield, Missouri and Robert Temple of Springfield, Missouri; his siblings, Lillianna Temple of Springfield, Missouri, Luka Temple of Springfield, Missouri and Nicholas Temple of Springfield, Missouri; and his grandparents, Ginger Routh of Hermitage, Sue Dorman and Ron Rash of Pittsburg, Missouri.
A memorial has been established to Children's Mercy Hospital in Kansas City and memorials may be made through the funeral home.
