He is survived by: his wife Lisa; his children, Seth Burns (Lucinda) of Lebanon, MO and Sarah Simmon (Fritz) of St. Louis, MO; his grandson Phillip Stuart Simmon; and his brothers, Stan Burns of Little Rock, AR and Steve Burns (Vicky) of Lebanon, MO. He is also survived by other relatives and countless friends.
