She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Gale Lewis; her children, Timilea Mitchell of Lebanon, MO and Todd Lewis (Cathi) of Lebanon, MO; her sister Jeannine Waterman (Jim Ackelson) of Lebanon, MO; her grandchildren, Jared Lewis, Shayna Wilson (Kyler) and Taylor Lupardus (Chris); and her great grandchild Reese Lewis. She is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
