Worth, TX and Tammy Jennings (Ross) of Lebanon, MO; and his mother-in-law Lillie Null. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews; other relatives and many friends.

The family has requested that memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital, in memory of Tommy.
