He is survived by: his wife Lynn Terry Boulware; his daughters, Brenna Caldwell (Doug) of Lynchburg, MO and Katherine Boulware of Fort Worth, TX; his grandchildren, Reagan Clark (Drew) of West Plains, MO and Meredith Caldwell of Lynchburg, MO; his great grandchild Ellis Clark of West Plains, MO; and his brothers, Gene Boulware of Houston, TX and Edward Boulware of Montgomery, TX. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear friends.
