She was predeceased by: her parents, Leroy Keck and Rosie Keck; and her grandson Nolan Summers. She is survived by: her husband Ronny Summers; her sister Kathy Bowers (Billy); her children, Adam Summers (Amy) and Heather Atkinson (Chris); and her grandchildren, Taygan Summers, Delaney Summers, Eli Atkinson (Sena), Ean Atkinson, Brinley Atkinson, Avery Atkinson and Addisyn Atkinson.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 20th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Abundant Life Admin Building (414 SW Persels Rd, Lee's Summit, MO 64081). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 20th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Abundant Life "In honor of Brenda Summers.".
