We are sad to announce that, on March 13, 2026, at the age of 100, Charles Ray Rowan of Lees Summit, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Tate and Gladys Henrietta Rowan (Farr); and his wife Virginia Lucille "Jenny" Harrell of Kansas City. He is survived by: his siblings, Donna Geraldine, Francis Loreta, Anna Coralie, Ruby Maxine, Virginia Marie, Doris Evelyn, Marilyn June and Dale Henry; his children, Zak (Toni Rowan), Dallas (Chas Griefe), Debby (Brad Rozelle) and Ruth Rowan Pottinger; his grandchildren, Margie (Mark Andrist), Sheilah Harber, Wendy (David Schaefer), Elizabeth (Norberto Rodriguez), Kristina (Charlie Rinehart), Savannah (Zach Ours), Jesse Rozelle, Harley Rowan, Adam Rowan and Luke Pottinger; his great grandchild Adam (Brittany Harber); his brother Andrew Harber; and his great grandchildren, Madison Rowan, Brooke Schaefer and Ryan Schaefer.
