He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Lacy and Anne Lacy (Mraz). He is survived by: his wife Shirley Flaker of Lee's Summit; his children, Steve Lacy (Erin) of Forsyth, MO, Kathy Brock (Gary) of Littleton, CO and Lori Lacy of Greenwood, MO; and his stepsister Rebecca "Becky" Martino of Webb City, MO. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
