He is survived by: his wife Lenore Chambers (Brim); his children, Corey Chambers (Brenda), Shelley Campbell (Clint) and Scott Chambers (Megan); his grandchildren, Brianna (Kevin Carr), Ashley, Alana, Kaylynn, Gracie, Aubree and Ashlyn; and his sisters, Gayla Drollinger and Nedra Wood (Carla).
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Speaks Suburban Chapel (18020 East 39th St S, Independence, MO 64055). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. The inurnment will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 at the Monticello & LifeBridge United Methodist Church (23860 W 75th St, Shawnee, KS 66227).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Dennis' name to the Keith Worthington Chapter of ALS.
