It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Charles Cannon in Lees Summit, Missouri, who passed away on August 13, 2025, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Donald leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Elizabeth Cannon and Charles Cannon. He is survived by: his children, Nancy Yelle of Baytown, Barbara (Andrew Szanton) of Newton, Massachusetts, Gregory (Coralie) of Cary and Thomas (Michele) of Springfield, Missouri.; and his grandchildren, Benjamin Szanton, Elizabeth Szanton, Wyatt Cannon and Eliott Cannon.
