Eileen Halpin Monteil Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eileen Halpin Monteil of Lees Summit, Missouri, who passed away on November 5, 2025, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph G. Halpin and Rosetta Catherine Halpin; her husband Paul Monteil, Jr.; her children, Rita Monteil and Joe Monteil; and her siblings, Mary Catherine Hale and Joe Halpin.
She is survived by: her children, Marilyn Bernard (Marc) of Mitchell, SD, Patty Monteil-Mendicino (John) of Warson Woods, MO, Paul Monteil III (Chris Hernandez) of Kansas City, Katie Monteil (John Carroll) of Hong Kong and Jim Monteil (Shelley) of Lee's Summit; and her grandchildren, Brianna, Paul Bernard, Abby, Riley Monteil and Emma Carroll-Monteil. She is also survived by her nieces and nephew.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to St. John Francis Regis Church or Missouri.
