He was predeceased by: his stepfathers, Francis Collins and Clarence Webb; his brothers, Tom and John; and his son-in-law Stephen Rosales.
He is survived by: his daughter Kat Magerkurth; his grandchildren, Isabella Rosaless and Joaquin Rosales; his children, Laura Herbst (Jackson) and Matthew Magerkurth (Ashlin Hunter); and his wife Marilee. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and numerous colleagues and friends.
