It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gary Kenneth Rector (Lees Summit, Missouri), who passed away on May 11, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his daughter Shelby Haley Smith; and his grandson Troy Haley. He is survived by: his wife Sondra Lea Rector; his daughters, Kim Lindburg Winters and Audra (John Hogan, II); his grandchildren, Gary Alan, Celeste McWilliams, Nicole, Nick Bearden, Kodi, William Hasting, Danielle, Gage Renn, John C. Hogan, III, Gary Lee and Sydney Hogan; and his great grandchildren, Zac, Navarro, Brooke, Lola, Lucia McWilliams, Arianna, Nikko Bearden, Adalyn, Harper and Camden Hasting. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and wonderful family and friends.
