He was predeceased by : his parents, Opie Whitworth and Ruby Whitworth; his wife Ann Whitworth; his brother James Whitworth; and his son Matt Whitworth.
He is survived by : his children, Kirk (Leigh Anne), Mark (Linda), Stacy O'Connor (Clayton) and Patrick (Lee Anne); his daughter-in-law Jeanie Whitworth; his sister Judy Werner (Ray); and his sister-in-law Pat Whitworth.
