He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Leonard and Betty Lou Starr (Todd); and his sister Brenda Starr-Landis. He is survived by: his wife Julie Ryan; his daughters, Stacey Starr and Christina Garver; his stepson Justin Starr (Ashley); his grandchildren, Trae Starr, Antonio Quiroz, Ariana Irizarry and Nico Davidson; and his sister Betty Starr-Ford (Bob). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews and cousins.
