It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Eugene Fields (Lees Summit, Missouri), born in Kansas City, Kansas, who passed away on June 28, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Carl Sr. and Rachel Fields (Denton); and his brothers, Richard "Dick" Fields and William "Billy" Fields. He is survived by: his wife JoAnn (Mattingly); his children, Tammy Marks (Chris), Curt Fields and Shelly Ault (Vern); his grandchildren, Amber Rogers (Tony), Amanda Hall (Jeremy), Christopher Marks (Ashton), Zachary Ault (Madi), Abby Ault and Ashley Ault; his great grandchildren, Hayden, Carson, Charlotte and Madeline; and his siblings, Johnny Fred (Roberta) and Kathy Fields. He is also survived by extended family members and close friends.
