He was predeceased by: his parents, Adolph Oetting and Anna Stuenkel Oetting; and his wife Catherine Wehrs of Emma, MO. He is survived by: his children, Sandy Haines (Tom) of Blue Springs, MO and Steve Oetting (Jennie) of Independence, MO; his grandchildren, Brian Haines (Sara), Rene Haines, Brock Oetting (Lauren) and Rachel Welch (Ethan); his great grandchildren, Caroline, Kendrick, Jillian, Julia, Ryan, Jordan and Alli; and his brother Melvin Oetting of Higginsville, MO. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
