We announce the death of Ragnhild Carlson in Lees Summit, Missouri, who passed away on July 29, 2026, at the age of 93. Ragnhild will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Ragnhild will be remembered for the impact she had on the lives of those around her. Friends, family, and colleagues will cherish their memories and the time shared. Ragnhild’s absence will be deeply felt by those who valued her companionship.

She was predeceased by: her husband Dr. Harvey Clifford "Cliff" Carlson; her parents, Olaf Fossum and Mimi Fossum (Nilsen); and her sister Edith Kristiansen. She is survived by: her sons, Jon Carlson (Delanne) and Jim Carlson (LisaKay); and her brother Erling Fossum. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; 2 nephews; 2 nieces.
