He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Hasty and Claire Hasty. He is survived by: his wife Trudy Hasty; his daughters, Miranda Nyquist (Jerome), Valerie Hoover, Hayley Howard (Nick) and Katie Hasty; his grandchildren, Sydney Collins (Tim), Spencer Nyquist, Sierra Spellman (Andrew), Ainsley, Jack, Adelyn Hoover, Kali, Braden Howard and Aerial Bautista (Jose); and his brother Doug Hasty (Peggy). He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to American Cancer Society.
