He was predeceased by: his parents, Lindsay Ernest and Hilda Ruby Ethington (Weuve); and his brother Robert. He is survived by: his wife Leslie Ethington (Nielsen); his daughters, Elaine Bluml (Benjamin) of Lee's Summit, MO and Mary Pratt (John) of Columbia, MO.; his grandsons, John Pratt (Keri), Jacob Pratt (Bridget), Joseph Pratt (Emma) and Jeffrey Bluml (Shanna); and his great grandchildren, Ava, Lillian, Isabelle, Connor, Elliott, Ethan, Jalah and Jaxx.
