He is survived by: his children, Todd Mayse (Dawn) of Lee's Summit, MO and Dana Hasenkamp (Dave) of Wichita, KS; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Walters, Emileigh Saulsberry, Garret Mayse and Grant Mayse; and his great grandchildren, Addileigh Walters, Brandly Walters, Evangeline Walters, Copeland Walters, Bransen Saulsberry, Charleigh Saulsberry, Beckett Saulsberry and Richard James Mayse.
