He is survived by: his wife Connie Shepard; his siblings, Margaret Cusumano, Tom Shepard (Candee), Ellie Mandelbaum (Mark), Patti Halsch (Tom), Cathy Martin (Doug) and Rita Rogers (Randy); his children, Tim Shepard, Cheryl Dobbins and Todd Dobbins; his grandchildren, Valerie Lewis (Dereck) and Tyler Dobbins; and his great grandchildren, Addyson and Asher Lewis. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Lakewood Clubhouse (651 NE St Andrews Cir, Lee's Summit, MO 64064).
