Richard R. Shore Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on February 9, 2026, at the age of 81, Richard R. Shore of Lees Summit, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert M. Shore and Helen Shore (Brown); and his granddaughter Natalie Grace Williamson. He is survived by: his wife Laura Sue (Wilt); his daughters, Chris Miller (Daryl) and Michelle Williamson (Clint); his grandchildren, Joshua, Adam Miller, Abby, Ben and Grant Williamson; and his siblings, Louise Shore and Ralph Shore (Shirley). He is also survived by many family members, including several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the American Heart Association in memory of both Richard and Natalie.
