She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Cornell and Minnie Cornell; her former husband Arthur W. Siemon, Jr.; her husband Ben F. Pagel; her stepchildren, Arthur W. Siemon III and Betty Lou Taylor; and her niece Kris Cornell.

She is survived by: her siblings, Retha Coble of Springfield, MO, Charles Cornell (Patricia) of Springfield, MO and Glen Cornell (Linda) of Springfield, MO. She is also survived by her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
