She was predeceased by: her parents, Bo Thomas and Maxine Thomas (Blodgett); and her son Christopher Case. She is survived by: her spouse Leslie Alan Case; her sons, Cary Michael Case (Jennifer) of Blue Springs, MO and Colby Andrew Case (Alyssa) of Blue Springs, MO; her grandchildren, Conner, Carter, Shelby, Tayler, Christopher, Allie and Ava; and her great grandchild Noah.

Memorial contributions are suggested to the East Side Baptist Church in Independence.
