He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Alfred Leon and Sharon Roan Jacobs; his wife Carol; his brothers, John (Ritsuko) and Tim (Terri); his siblings-in-law, Janet, Cecil, Sarah and Paul; and his pets, Mason and Tucker. He was also cherished by his nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Scott asked for memorial donations to be made to Tunnels to Towers Foundation 2361 Hylan Blvd., Staten Island, NY 10306.
