He was predeceased by : his parents, Albert Ratliff and Ruth Ratliff of Drew; and his siblings, Cornelia Rathke and Barton Wade Ratliff (Charlotte). He is survived by : his wife Charlotte Evans; and his children, Dawn Ratliff, Jerry Ratliff and Lori Eller. He is also survived by six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
