He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Larry Walters and Patricia Walters; his children, Ryan and Reese Walters; his sister Elizabeth Beach (Scott); and his nieces and nephews, Riley and Carter Beach. He was also cherished by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
