It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roger Lawrence of Leeton, Missouri, who passed away on October 4, 2025, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Lawrence and Shelita Lawrence; his sons, Daryl Lawrence and Robert Lawrence; and his siblings, Norman, Ronnie, Dean, Sherry and Jim.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Maye Lawrence; his sons, Kent Lawrence (Bobbi) of Rich Hill, MO, Travis Wishon (Amy) of Yankton, SD and Paul Wishon of Leeton, MO; and his brother Mitch Lawrence. He is also survived by seven grandsons; seven granddaughters.
A celebration of life was held on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM at the Warrensburg Memorial Gardens Cemetery (228 MO-13 Business, Warrensburg, MO 64093). Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Sweeney-Phillips & Holdren Funeral Home (617 N Maguire St, Warrensburg, MO 64093). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
