He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Houston Brake (Frankie) and Frankie Brake; his son John A. Brake; and his brother Randy Brake. He is survived by: his wife Kim Brake of Leslie; his children, Sarah Brake of Fulton, Paul Brake (Lauren) of Union and James Brake (Betsy) of Cape Girardeau; his brother Ron Brake (Sheri) of Eureka; and his grandchildren, Kelsey Brake, Kodey Brake, Aiden Faison, Karsyn Brake and Rebekah Brake. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
