She is survived by: her children, Lawrence Lee Willoughby of Gerald, David H. Willoughby of Belleville, IL and Cindi Weiskopf of Bourbon; her grandsons, Kyle Willoughby, Bryan Weiskopf, Dillon Weiskopf and Christian Willoughby; and her siblings, Mary Newcomb of Bolivar and Benny Lamke of Union. She is also survived by family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 21st 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Oltmann Funeral Home - Union (103 N Church St, Union, MO 63084). A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Monday, September 21st 2026 from 2:15 PM to 2:45 PM at the Modern Woodmen Cemetery.
