He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Robert and Diana Howard, Sr. (Nordsieck); and his grandchild Paisley Armstrong. He is survived by: his children, Cory Howard of Concordia, MO, Ryan Howard (Alexia) of Lexington, MO, Chelsea Howard (Brandon Armstrong) of Higginsville, MO and Charles Robert Howard III; his grandchildren, Mason Howard, Braelyn Howard, Abel Howard and Hadley Howard; and his sisters, Wendy Skaggs (James) of Lexington, MO, Chris Estenbaum (Shannon) of Lexington, MO and Dawn Harris (Daniel) of Lexington, MO. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
