She was predeceased by: her parents, James Hayes and Mary Alice Hayes (Bell); her husband Fredrick Junior Seitz; her children, Jeffrey Seitz and Stephanie Warren; her grandson Dustin Silvain Frederick Seitz; her brothers, James Wayne Hayes and Eldon Ray Hayes; and her half-siblings, William Daniel Hayes, Jason Lewis Hayes, John Jr. Hayes and Norma Irene.
She is survived by: her children, Cindy Howard (Kirt) of Lexington, Joy Rockhold (Thomas) of Reynoldsburg and Steven Seitz (Galene) of Lexington, Missouri; and her siblings, Blanche Willis of Lexington, Missouri, Dixon Hayes (Ettie) of Van Buren and Hamilton "Dean" Hayes (Irene) of Sedalia, Missouri. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 37 great-grandchildren; and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
