She was predeceased by: her parents, John Hamilton Shea and Doris Dugan Shea; her husband Kenneth E. Worthington; and her son Bradley Worthington. She is survived by: her children, Sheila Shea Chimento (Jim) and Dennis Kendall Hinman (Lorrie); her grandchildren, Gregory Worthington (Sylvia), Roberta Fanoele (Mark) and Paul Worthington (Laura); her daughter-in-law Tami Worthington; and also, Brant and Michelle Neer.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Lexington United Methodist Church (1211 S Business Hwy 13, Lexington, MO 64067). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family would like to request donations be considered to the John H. Shea Memorial Fund at the University of Missouri or The Lexington Auditorium in Lexington, MO.
