He was predeceased by: his uncle Phil Charlton; his aunt Micah Pennington; and his great-grandparents, Archie, Blossom Charlton, Hollis, Dorothy Walker, Floyd, Isabell Ross and Blanche Higgins.
He is survived by: his parents, Daniel Charlton and Magarah Charlton (Ross); his son Lane Charlton; the mother of his children Haley Thomas; his brother Colton Charlton (Annie Tarter); his grandparents, Gary, Kaye Charlton and Delma Ross; his great-grandparent Bill Higgins; and his uncles, Gary Wayne Charlton (Gayla), Mike Charlton (Becky), Mitchell Ross (Amy) and Chris Pennington.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Hannon Free Will Baptist Church (1051 State Hwy V, Liberal, MO 64762).
