He was predeceased by : his parents, Marjorie Mellor Egbert and Dennison Egbert Jr.; his sister Deborah Nokes; and his in-laws, Walter, Margorie Crockett and Bill Jones.

He is survived by : his wife Louise; his sons, Kevin (Wendee) and Scott (Michelle); his grandchildren, Alyssa of Lenexa, Kansas, Ethan of Lenexa, Kansas and Noah Egbert of Lenexa, Kansas; and his in-laws, Mike, Kathy Conduff of Denton, Texas, Tom of Liberal, Wilma Crockett of Liberal, Bruce of Liberal, Leann Barker of Liberal, Laura Scarlato of Liberal and Larry Nokes of Olathe, Kansas. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
