He was predeceased by: his parents, Noel Adams and Johnnie Mabelle Adams; his former wife Carol Adams (Kay); his daughter Janel Adams; and his brothers, Douglas and Clark Adams.
He is survived by: his former wife Carol Mumma (Kay); his stepchildren, Mark, Pete Trujillo (Laura), Chelsea Grizzle (Troy), Gina Cervantes (Terry) and Liza Parra (Pedro); his wife Mary Anne; his daughters, Linda Low (Scott) of Oklahoma City and Kathy Zollmann (Bob) of Liberty, MO.; his brother Steve Adams of Lenexa, KS; and his friend Scouting. He is also survived by grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, brother and sister-in-laws, nieces and nephews.
