She is survived by: her children, Reagan Lynne and Matthew Ryan; her husband Matthew Burchfield; her parents, Steve Deck and Cheri Deck; her mother-in-law Wanda Burchfield; her sisters, Nichole Deck, Samantha Deck and Kimberly Stevens (Nathan); and her siblings-in-law, Michelle Banes (Steven) and Mitch Burchfield. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
The family requests donations be made in Amanda's name to the St Judes Children's Hospital.
