She is survived by: her son Jim Bell (Josie); her grandchildren, Tessa and Hunter; her daughter Martie Phillips (David); her granddaughter Heather; her daughter Mary Jean Neuenswander (Matt); her grandchildren, Jake, TJ and Holly; her brother Michael Seck (Joan); and her cousin Jim Young (Ann). She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Betty's name to the Liberty United Methodist Church.
