He is survived by: his parents, Peggy Jo Blackburn (Johnson) of Liberty, MO and Garry Blackburn; his sister Baylee Blackburn of Liberty, MO; and his grandmothers, Carol Shrouf of Connelsville, MO and Eva Johnson (Dan Ebert) of Downing, MO. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
