It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Deanna Lynn Avera of Liberty, Missouri, born in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, who passed away on January 1, 2024, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her stepfather George "Bud" McNabb; and her parents-in-law, James and Nathalie Avera. She is survived by: her mother Marian Geiger (Oliver); her husband Clark Avera; her father Gene Geiger Sr.; and her siblings, Barbara Carroll, Candra Grant, Amanda Jones and Gene Geiger, Jr.. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
