It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Hazel Rhodes (Liberty, Missouri), born in Kansas City, Missouri, who passed away on July 11, 2019, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Ralph "Choppy" Rhodes; her sons, James Rhodes and Steven Lee Rhodes; her parents, Uriel Ham and Margaret Ham; and her siblings, Edwin, Charles Ham and Josie Jane Cavenagh.

She is survived by: her daughter Linda Rhodes Baker; and her grandchildren, Michele (Steve Benner), Shannon (Todd Watson), Dr. Joel (Jeanie Rhodes), Patrick (Sara Rhodes), Amy (Tim Burke), Katie Rhodes, Michael (Natalie Rhodes) and Bradley Rhodes. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
