He was predeceased by: his former wives, Mary Kay Hill (Jenkins) and Jessie May Hill (Bowen); his parents, David Hill and Kathryn E. Hill (Miller) of Mexico; and his siblings, David Hill (Dib), Ruth Chapman and Mary Kay Garrett of Mexico.
He is survived by: his son Randall Hill (Randy) of Kansas City, MO; his grandchildren, Scott Allen Hill of Kansas City, MO and Jennifer Kay Lowrey of Kearney, MO.; and his wife Mary Kay Jenkins.
