He is survived by: his children, Mark Childs (Julie) of Ft. Worth, Mike Childs (Julie) of Linn Valley, Kansas and Brenda Plowman (Steve) of Liberty, Missouri; his grandchildren, Chris, Robbie, Austin, Rickie, Marcus, Stacy and Kristina; and his close friend Francine Medlock. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
