He was predeceased by: his parents, John Neal Derrick and Thelma St. Romain Derrick; and his sister Grace Derrick Saucer. He is survived by: his siblings, Christine Derrick Welles, Teri Derrick Milbourn and Lester Neal Derrick; his stepchildren, Jeremy Perrette and Kassie Perrette-Dinwiddie; and his nieces and nephews, J. Alan Welles, Christopher Milbourn, Wendi Welles Reinwald, Courtney Milbourn Williams and Reagan Derrick Watson. He is also survived by five great-nieces and great-nephews, and many close friends.
