He was predeceased by: his parents, John Sr. Theilen and Grace Theilen. He is survived by: his wife Mary; his brothers, James Theilen (Donna) and Jerry Theilen (Judy); and his pets, Jax and Zoey. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
